USA / Canada Car Hire Insurance
When renting a car in the USA or Canada, it is essential to have $1million third party liability cover in place, but any cover supplied with the vehicle often falls far short. If you are held responsible for an accident, inadequate cover could leave you with bankrupting debts. Our USA Excess Insurance 'tops up' the rental vehicle's third party liability cover to $1million.
You may also be liable to pay an excess fee if the vehicle is damaged or stolen during the period of hire - this charge will apply even if the damage is not your fault.
Our USA Excess Insurance covers the Excess charged following theft or damage to the rental vehicle including the undercarriage, windows, tyres
You can choose from our daily rate option, or if you frequently hire vehicles, our Annual multi-trip which allows up to 31 days per rental agreement.
