Car Hire Excess Insurance

This essential policy ensures that you don't get stung by charges if your rental vehicle is damaged whilst in your care.
When renting a car, you are liable to pay an excess charge, which can be equal to several hundred pounds, if the vehicle is damaged or stolen during the hire period. So, even if you have parked the car and it is damaged by a third party while you are away, you will be charged.
