Peace of mind With Exeter Care, you have peace of mind
knowing that your medical insurer has the expertise on which you can rely, at a
time when you need it most.
Premium guarantees In addition, the Society's approach
to calculating your renewal premiums means that your premium will not increase
solely because you (as an individual) get older, provided that your cover
remains unchanged.
The Society guarantees that your premium in any
future year will always be calculated with reference to the age at which you
joined the Society, for as long as you remain a member of the same plan with
the same cover (including any optional excess). This means that you will
pay a lower premium than an otherwise identical member on the same plan and
level of cover, provided you joined at an earlier age. For full details of the
plan, brochures and application forms, please visit our
Literature
section.
The Choice of Hospitals Whether you opt for the
Preferred Plan or the Low Cost Plan, you also have the choice of two different
levels of cover depending on which hospitals you would like to use. So take a
good look at the Hospital Choice List (in the
Literature
section) to see which hospital(s) you feel you would be most likely to use if
you were to need treatment, and select either Level 1 or Level 2 accordingly.
Benefits are only paid for hospitals on this list and in your chosen level. We
class the hospitals by their level of charges and not by where they are in the
country.
We are continually reviewing our range of hospitals and are
pleased to announce we have added the following hospitals to our current list:
| The Harley Street Clinic |
The Lister Hospital |
| London Bridge Hospital |
The Portland Hospital |
| The Princess Grace Hospital |
The Wellington Hospital |
See our
Literature
section to print the full list.
The Choice of Underwriting Terms When you apply for
cover, you will need to choose to join either by completing a medical
questionnaire, or under our moratorium clause. Further details of these
methods, and how they might affect any claims that you may need to make are
given in the brochure.
However, if you need any further help with this,
please contact the Customer Sales team on 01392 35 35 35. If you have any
further questions, or would like a personalised quotation, we would be
delighted to help. Please visit the Contact us page or alternatively choose
